Marshall Ellis represents individuals facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges in the state and federal courts of North Carolina. Felony representation includes, but is not limited to: offenses involving firearms, drugs, and violent crime; fish and wildlife offenses; white collar, fraud, and public corruption offenses; immigration crimes; and child pornography and sex offenses. Misdemeanor representation includes, but is not limited to: driving while impaired offenses; crimes involving assault and communicating threats; larceny and fraud offenses; sex offenses; and violations of fish and wildlife regulations. Marshall can also represent individuals seeking relief from a conviction and/or sentence on appeal in North Carolina’s appellate courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Similarly, if you have already been imprisoned or otherwise punished for violating either state or federal law, Marshall can represent you in your attempt to obtain post-conviction relief via other means. Lastly, Marshall can assist eligible individuals seeking to have certain matters expunged from his/her criminal record.
