Hornthal, Riley, Ellis & Maland is pleased to announce Johny Hallow as the firm’s newest partner, effective January 1, 2025.
Mr. Hallow joined Hornthal, Riley, Ellis & Maland as an Associate Attorney in 2021, after graduating from Wake Forest School of Law, and magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 2018.
Mr. Hallow primarily practices out of the firm’s Elizabeth City office and assists individuals and businesses facing a wide variety of legal matters. He is also extensively involved in the firm’s local government practice, representing school boards, municipalities, local boards of elections, and political candidates.
