Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and transactional work, estate planning and probate, and elder law.  He guides for-profit and non-profit businesses through all phases of business life, including formation, taxation, governance, statuary compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and dissolution.  Andrew negotiates and prepares contracts addressing a wide variety of transactional matters.  Andrew helps clients prepare their estate plans and navigate the probate system.  He drafts wills, establishes trusts, and assists individuals in managing their estates.   He also helps individuals protect and secure assets, plan for long-term care, and prepare for Medicaid.
