Phil helps individuals and entities facing a wide variety of civil litigation matters.  With twenty seven years of experience in a wide variety of civil litigation, he has represented a wide range of individuals and businesses, from those involved in car accidents to complex real property, business and construction disputes.    Phil also routinely defends insureds for a variety of insurance companies.   Additionally, Phil practices in the area of condemnation law, aiding individuals seeking to protect their property and ensure adequate compensation for the taking of their property.   Phil also has extensive experience handling disputes arising from homeowner’s associations, representing individual homeowners and associations.  Phil is also a certified Superior Court mediator, and has a growing mediation and arbitration practice.
